General Information
- Factory Pictures: The first picture for most items is for illustration purposes only. Base your judgment on other pictures, item descriptions, and personal inspection.
Item Conditions
- New – Retail Ready: New in box, with all included accessories.
- Unused: Opened, never used, may lack original packaging or accessories.
- Slightly Used: Minimal use, slight wear.
- Used: Visible use, generally functional, see description for details.
- Parts or Repair: Non-working, for repair or parts.
- Store Return: Customer returns, untested, variable condition.
- Salvage: Primarily for parts, sold “as-is.”

- Monday: 10 AM–7 PM
- Tuesday: 10 AM–7 PM
- Wednesday: 10 AM–4 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM–7 PM
- Friday: 10 AM–7 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM–7 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM–5 PM
Automatic Bidding
Set a max bid amount; the system bids incrementally up to this limit. Your max bid is confidential.
Buyer’s Premium
18% buyer’s premium, reduced to 15% with cash/wire transfer within 10 days.
Condition of Lots
All items sold “as is,” no guarantees or refunds. Condition not always listed.
Dynamic Bidding
Auction end extends by 10 minutes if a bid is made in the last 10 minutes.
Forklift & Loading Dock
Available, operated by Liquidation.Deals staff only.
Incremental Bidding
Bid any amount ≥ current required bid.
Consignment Sales
Items must be consigned 7 days before auction.
Payment Dates
Pay and pick up within 11 days of auction.
Pre-Bidding
Bids accepted before auction start, tallied when auction begins.
Buyer’s Premium Discount
3% discount for cash/wire transfer within 10 days.
Refund Policy
10-day refund for misdescribed items, excluding factory pictures.
Removal/Failure to Remove
$2 per lot/per day storage fee post 11 days. Items may be resold.
Sales Subject to Approval
Some items need Bank, Court, Trustee, or Lien Holder approval.
Sales Tax
6% on total sales price, including buyer’s premium.
Shipping
Local pick-up only.
Storage/Restocking Fees
Charges for unpaid/unremoved items post 14 days.
Payment Types
Cash, Credit Card, Wire Transfer. No checks.
Watercraft / Boat Sales
7-day inspection, conditions apply.
